Movie Mania

End of exam, tralalalala lala lala.

Next exam in April T.T

Anyway, been around watching 3 movies in 2 days :) So rich right? Gonna eat cup noddle from now on.


Movie 1



Japanese animation. About military life and children who cannot grow up to be adult, hence cannot die unless if they are killed in war and they are the pilots in the war between two companies.

It is a very philosophical movie. I like this line, 'People must die, there must be losses, the figures must be there to remind people of how important peace is.' Something like that. That is a good one. And also the struggle of these genetically modified people when they realised that their memories are going to be wiped out when they die and they are going to return as new children with the same skills they have.

Love the soundtrack.


Movie 2



It is so unlikely that I will miss this since I love Shrek 1, 2, 3 and Madagascar 1. I think they are quite similar ;p

Anyway.

Verdict: Not so good. It is not as nice as the first one. Less funny and basically, nothing much although ya, you laugh a little. Moto moto is not as funny as I thought it would be, maybe cuz I heard it too many times that I got bored even before I watch the movie. Penguins and monkeys are cool. Haha. And the old granny, not funny. And King Julian (is it?), not funny.

And the cinema is full of kids, who I think do not understand anything at all. Just there to see animals. And there was this mom and son speaking malay next to me and I cannot help but eavesdropping before the movie started ;p

Son: Mana madagascar?
Mom: Sedang pakai make-up.
Son: Mana ada. Madagascar tak pakai make-up, cuma mama yang pakai make-up.

Cute~ Haha. And the woman offered me her popcorn too. Sweet. But I never eat la.


Movie 3




I like it. It is not bad. Complicated but not bad. They are not exactly strangers, some knew each other before and all four of them never exactly met at the same time in the same place eating the same carrot cake. A little touching at the end. Until now, I am still not sure what the whole movie is about. I mean is it escaping Singapore once in a while during holidays? Or is it cherish the people around you? Or is it you have to relax and life does not have to always be planned ahead cuz you cannot plan it? But I still like the movie. Love the soundtrack too.

But mind you, it is Cinema Europa, meaning ticket is $10, no matter what. Eventhough I am the only one sitting in the middle at the back row. I think there are only 8 people in the whole theatre. Nice :) Luckily, it is not horror movie :)

I decided that I like watching movie in cinema alone :) Nice. Oh, and popcorns sucks.

I know I know. Three entries in a row :)

I don't know. Tomorrow is Stats. Well, lets just say it determines whether I should and also able to get into the course.

Decision analysis and linear programming. These two I fear most cuz it is either you get the question or 40 marks gone. Really. No matter how much you studied, if your decision tree or your interpretation is wrong, that is it. You can spend time on something else. Which is why I am still thinking if I should do them last. Haha.

My record so far with decision analysis is P(correct)<>

Meanwhile for LP, how am I supposed to know that I am supposed to know that the variables are Shanghai Small size (SS), Shanghai Medium size (SM), Shanghai Large size (SL), Penang Small size (PS).... and it continues until the equation of the profit is

Maximize profit
coefSS + coefSM + coefSL + coefPS + coefPM + coefPL + coefBS + coefBM + coef BS

Yup, it can be that long plus even more constraints such as the percentage usage of capacity in Shanghai must be equal to Penang and must be equal to Bangalore.

I know. Haha. I hope tomorrow's paper won't be as tough. Or else, I can say bye bye to 40 marks.

One paper has ended.
Waiting for the second paper.
My beloved roomie loves onion,
so this is specially for her

On the first two days after the exam,
my roomie is busy day dreaming she even has time to float around and kept and to poor thing me
she alsoand she has time to and wrap in her favourite blanket all night long
or worse, take my blanketand show off to me until I want to send her flying (joking)
then when saturday comes... which is today, she starts and hiding under her pillow/ my pillow and she starts worrying about her monday paper and becomes andand banging head on wall and mess up my place ;p and then she starts some serious studying sometimes and also talking to herself
and now she comes to me
asking what am I doing?and I said nothing
with this kind of innocent face
and laughed

but anyway all the best to everyone also while

now I hope she does not read this
because I think I will be and she might want to but everyone know that I am such a nice person I know you all going to think and I will not know why
I hope I don't see her like this ;p

Somehow, it feels like holiday after the first paper. Haha. But I would say I should have done better in first paper. Not up to my satisfaction which may also mean a bad grade. Oh well, it is over ^^

Now, must try to focus on other subjects. Haha. Sigh... But I can imagine how bored it is going to be after the exams with nothing to do...

Sparkle Sparkle (Kira Kira) Birthday

Yup, there were sparkles everywhere. Beautiful~

And a funny rhythm to the song which I forgot... Haha. Not the usual music. Haha.

And a bunch of people sabotage a guy, Dn, to feed me, hug me and also give gift to me, which NONE of it happened, cuz I stuff the whole cake into my mouth before anything can happen. But he did give me the present. Apparently, he organized everything. Haha. But I still think the sparkle was Sh's idea.

Got a card which I am still figuring out the dog/pikachu on the cover, drawn by Dn. And the present... Like the old saying, it is the thought that counts. In other words, thanks and no comment :)

But the best is still Cl and St (Sharm) staying late at night to msn me, oh-so-sweet, except that Cl forgot my blog and St wrote less than 10 pages long of entry for me in her blog. Lol. And St was late for 20 minutes blaming her computer start up at the wrong time... Yea, right! Nevermind, at least I have my Chillis' date or Jogoya, whatever it is. Hehe.

The bad part was guard. Seems like everywhere I go in SG, there are annoying guards who like to screw things up T.T And he took Sh's particulars. Like FUCUK him. I am REALLY annoyed. Somehow, guards make me want to rebel more than the rebellious me. They way the act like they are so big and powerful and talk grandfather's story in front of you when they try to pretend that they are nice and they just want your contact in a cool guard's way (If all of that makes sense to you).

Really makes me feel like making them lose their jobs. But at the same time, I know, they are just trying to do their job. But still, they need to pratice their expression in front of the mirror before I really punch the FUCUK out of them. Which I would not.. So... ARGH!!!!!

Dream On

I had a dream. Not the song.

While I was taking a supposedly 15 mins nap. But it drag on to more than an hour. A nightmare. Which I could not wake up from.

Just when I thought I opened my eyes staring at my wall, it was also part of the dream. Sort of a half awake condition. And I fell back into the nightmare. Of a stalker and nobody could help me. A very keen and scary and loves red stalker. Not as bad as the Dark Knight's Joker but it is just as scary. And the setting is also in school, hall and bus... A nightmare I could not wake up from. Literally.

I feel so tired after I dreamt. Too 'yit hei', I think... So tired...

Too Carefree
Lol. I am really clueless and ignorant ;p

Saw a scorpion in my room next to my table. A tiny scorpion barely 1.5 cm. And luckily th is quick enough to notice it and killed it. Apparently, the smaller the scorpion, the more poisonous it is. I wonder what else is there in the room other than the orange spider which is bigger than the scorpion.

So far, so good. Exam 12 Nov. And I barely started. Have faith in myself, no matter what, I will finish revising!!!

Should watch Nodame Cantabile. Nice!!! :) Did not know that twinkle twinkle little star is so complicated!!! Wished I had learned piano when I was young... Or someone hasdtold me how nice it was...

My favourite song. I have been looking for it since primary school after hearing it from a movie :)
