"As a man under stress tends to focus on one problem and forget others, a woman under stress tends to expand and become overwhelmed by all problems. By talking about all possible problems without focusing on problem solving she feels better. Through exploring her feelings in this process she gains a greater awareness of what is really bothering her, and then suddenly she is no longer so overwhelmed.

To feel better, women talk about past problems, future problems, potential problems, even problems that have no solutions. The more talk and exploration, the better they feel. This is the way women operate. To expect otherwise is to deny a woman her sense of self.

When a woman is overwhelmed she finds relief through talking in great detail about her various problems. Gradually, if she feels she is being heard, her stress disappears. After talking about one topic she will pause and then move on to the next. In this way she continues to expand talking about problems, worries, disappointments, and frustrations. These topics need not be in any order and tend to be logically unrelated. If she feels she is not being understood, her awareness may expand even further, and she may become upset about more problems."

You know what, I guess I am just a normal woman after all! Just an extract from a bloody good book, at least for me. Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. I so want it! :)

Me!

Everything that can go wrong, went wrong.

Started with H1N1 which ruin every holiday planned. Thanks.

Getting into a so-called-crap course as my major as quoted by someone, right after telling myself that I will work hard in that so-called-crap course and it is not that bad, only to be blown apart by the title crap course when that particular someone said it.

Equating me with a dog. Yes, I am the bi-atch.

Pimple outbreak, like I am a freaking teenager, when I looked so old. And got me worried for a moment for chicken pox, like I am a freaking kid.

Stress at work. Gaining trust is such a difficult thing. Not knowing when you did something wrong is even scarier. Note to self: Stop bitching!

Long hair does not suit me at all. Cuz it is too messy.

I am trying to weigh which is worse. Home vs Hall. Both are hell. The better thing about home is that I get to see sunshine and it is bright and not as hot and I got these people I miss. and I don't have to study. The thing about hall is that I won't be involved in anything at home and I get to watch movies cuz it is so near.

i hate driving.

it is supposed to be a first time experience for almost every malaysian cuz they can afford it and it is not normal to not have a license. so it is supposed to be something everyone looking forward to and showing off to other people when they get their license...

however,

after 4 class,

i discover that I REALLY HATE DRIVING.

it is damn difficult.

i hate it to the extend that i want to stop driving during my lesson and tell the teacher that i want to go home. i hate it to the extend that i want to cry while parking. i hate it to the extend that i am crying thinking about it and blogging about it.

i really do not understand what is so nice about driving. everytime i hear the sound of engine, i have a phobia.

yes, i am afraid of anything related to car now. not sure about being in the passenger seat though.

i do not want to attend my stupid blinking class tomorrow. i hate driving.

if only i know the strongest word for hate.

i do not like corners cuz i do not know how much to turn the blinking steering.

i do not like traffic lights cuz it takes time for the car to move.

i do not like traffic jam cuz the car in front move very little while i am supposed to know how hard i should press on my acceleration pedal. and the blinking clutch.

i still do not know which gear i am in.

i still cannot see that the road is 2% sloped downwards which i need to control brake.

i still cannot see that my car is moving to the right.

I BLINKING HATE DRIVING. F IT.

finally had the adsense that cw has been talking about :) the bad part? it seems to need my tax number or something like that. argh!!! i have got no idea what is it all about. so guess i will just wait for them to terminate the adsense. haha.

my msn finally has problem of signing in. is it the bug that cw was talking about? :/

should i take driving lessons now?

1. it is 2 months to SG again.

2. once i go there, i would not be driving for 6 years. well, 3 years uni, 3 years bond with any SG company and maybe another 3 years to work my ass off to pay back loan. or 20 years? :'( by the time i am back here, i doubt i know how to drive even with a license.

3. and you have to pay for the license every year!!! :(

4. i would not even have a car to drive even if i got it.

ps : cw is like my mentor now, huh? :D

i am jealous of

1. those who have the $$$ to do a lot of things that they want. traveling, entering uni of choice even if it is in far far away in Shrekland, take any courses that they want whether it is useful or not, games, the best and most up-to-date gadgets, handphones, branded clothes.

2. those who have the courage to spend a lot of money on themselves. feels like i would need these money in the future, i cannot spend them :( except on some people.

3. those who have the courage to do what they want, including studying in a foreign land, breaking up with their partner, wear mini although they are plus size.

4. those who have the confidence in themselves, even if they are not strikingly beautiful.

5. those who can spend time with their loved ones, meeting up, catching a movie with each other, shopping, holding hands.

6. those who are so optimistic about life even when everything else fails, i have seen one who is like that. this kind of person really does exist and i love her for being like that!

7. those who know that they do not need a guy in their life cuz friends are all you need, girl friends.

but

as long as i have them, i think i can get through it, most of it. i love aSh and reg! i think they redefine girl friends :)

btw, i chose this photo out of so many cuz i do not want to show my face. haha.

ps : my favourite shirt, the one in the picture, is gone. what would you do if your favourite shirt which can match with any jeans, pants and skirt is destroyed? feels like saying french connection united kingdom, right? :(

INFP - the idealist

INFPs are very sensitive beings, and oftentimes the social scene feels extremely repressive and painful for them. They want very much to be accepted and cared for, but sometimes they become so uncomfortable that they become very nervous and feel completely out of place.

Many try to express feelings of sadness and helplessness to those close to them for support. For lovers, they often look for outgoing, strong, caring people who can help them feel a part of things and who they can give their love.

Because the INFP tends to extrovert their iNtuition (they can reveal out loud the possibilities that they are imagining when they imagine them) to the world yet at the same time introvert their feeling decision-making (not reveal the values and processes they really hold), they can seem to others that the possibilities they suggest are really decisions. Because they say things (possibilities) they don't necessarily believe, it is crucial to verify with them if some of their statements are truly decisions or judgements.

In order to help the INFP feel good about themselves, it is necessary to tell them verbally that you care about them. They need a great deal of positive affirmation and can become very self-conscious and insecure and lost without it. Some say that they 'can't do anything right' and feel very depressed amd lonely.

In conflict, keep in mind that, if pressured, the INFP may try to change the subject and escape. It is best to treat them very gently and lightly discuss the subject at hand without seeming angry or upset with them. When they feel very cornered, their usually sweet exterior rapidly changes and they begin to lash out.

Do not take this behaviour harshly, for this happens only under very rare circumstances and when the INFP feels they have no other choice. If they feel they have shared their feelings in a kind and loving environment without being criticized for them, they often feel quite content and calm.

INFPs love to work behind-the-scenes and support the group. If they feel they are appreciated for their hard, considerate work, they often enjoy themselves immensely. Because they are often socially unsure, many find jobs they can do from home.

Idealists are the Diplomats. They spend their whole lives searching for their unique identity. The idealist prefers to think abstractly about the future and how issues will affect the people around him. S/he is more focused on the intangibles than the nitty-gritty of daily life, so s/he may appear detached or in another world. Unfortunately for the idealist, gracefulness and body awareness are not his/her natural gift and s/he is more likely than not to be less adept at sports or other activities that require high body awareness. If an idealist is skilled at sports it is most likely to be from training rather than natural ability.

NFs flee from corporate management and gravitate towards helping professions where they can contribute to society and humanity, such as teaching, counseling, politics, and the clergy. Their individualism could lead to careers that focus on personal growth and development, and journalistic work appeals to their idealism and truth-seeking.

NFs are generally good communicators. Idealists can be indirect in speech and use metaphors or analogies to make points. Rather than talking about things in an objective way, they key in more to the reactions that people have to what they are saying and how the topics relate to their own feelings and values. They talk about relationships, values, and intangibles.

The iNtuitive in the idealist makes him less fixed on personal appearance. NFs are unconventional and at times even artsy, and wear clothing that communicates their values, which may lead them to appear more like hippies than court-ready lawyers. If a Judger, the NF will take more care of his appearance than if a Perceiver.

NFs wants to spend time with friends, saving the world....

Gets energized when they are alone with themselves. Enjoys solitary activities such as reading, writing, and daydreaming. Take in information through a "sixth sense" and focus on what could be. Decide by their heart. Prefer values, motivations and feelings. They have a flexible approach towards life.

ps : wait a minute. i thought i was ISTJ or something like that?

btw, it is not that i do not want to update. just that i saved too many entries in my draft thinking that i wanted to make them look nicer before i post. and forgot about it :p
