Despite working in the same place last year, I have 'valid reasons' to freak out.
I am afraid that I forgot most of my maths such as 'i' and maybe some algebra. Definitely cannot make it for the integration and differentiation anymore cuz theirs are way harder than A Levels unless if I did engineering...
I am afraid that I cannot keep up with the performance that I once gave. Well, that time still carefree and crazy, so I worked harder.
I am afraid of seeing the same students and cannot keep up with their expectations of me marking darn fast. Most of them would be in higher level now which I cannot teach anymore T.T How embarrassing, right? Not to mention I forgot how to teach some stuff.
